Youth Mentor Leadership Training

Youth Mentor Leadership Training (grades 6 - 12) prepares students to assist their peers and cross-age youth in a leadership capacity for Adventure Learning projects and cross-aged community building activities.

Positive Affirmations Activity, getting to know one another.

Bridge of Faith Dowel Exercise, developing confidence courage and trust.

Group Share Activity, sharing insights on positive leadership.

Adventure Learning is a non-threatening experiential process designed to provide a hands-on opportunity to practice and develop life skills including, effective communication, trust exercises and decision-making.

Day of the Dead

Day of the Dead is a cultural learning experience where participants explore the history of their ancestors, utilizing artifacts, creative writing and oral storytelling.
